Absolutely love coming here! The staff is so nice & helpful. Love the selections of bud, pretty rolls etc. I come almost on a daily & love the online & in store deals they do for their customers they definitely go above & beyond for their customers & for that reason & many others they have gained a loyal customer! & Kevin is the absolute best! Hes always so cheerful with a smile & happy to help in whatever way he can
I went in on car-free day and it was quite busy as expected but i was served quickly and with great service from the employees and they all seemed to have a very good attitude. one of the products i bought was defective on opening and i went in to exchanged and forgot my receipt. The person helping me I think his tag said FEVEN very accommodating, kind and handled everything with grace. TL;DR great employees, great service
I’ve only shopped here once, but I came here with a friend of mine because we heard that they had a free dab bar for car free day! However, it started pouring rain, so even though I called twice, they had shut it down by the time we got there. Initially, this was quite disappointing. However, the manager followed us out of the store and comped us some amazing goodies. This is called customer service that goes above and beyond. Leaving a review simply because of how awesome Kevin is. The Goat of budtenders here in the lowermainland. Hope ownership understands how much of a gem he is. He will give genuine great advise on products with a smile on his face. Great deals, nice shop but the staff are what make this spot special.
