They never answer their phone and went from $30 min delivery to $50.
I thought I had received an inauthentic turn pen but after speaking with Amanda from the dispensary and her QUICKLY discussing it with her manager, they reassured me that they are a licensed dispensary and that the pen had a manufacturing error. I am really grateful for their team and quality of level customer service. You can tell they care about providing quality products!
I was sold a fake Turn pen. It does not have the correct scannable insert that verifies the product as a legitimate Turn brand product but instead has a random black insert. Usually Turn has a puzzle piece with designs on it. This one is clearly fake. This is extremely dangerous and negligent. Who knows what this pen actually contains.
