This is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a negative review. I’ve been a loyal customer of this company for several years and have spent a considerable amount, especially with the $50 minimum order requirement. Recently, I purchased a cartridge that turned out to be defective. I reached out and was initially given an exchange, although it was for a different brand, as shown in the photo.
