Terrible customer service time and time again.
I purchased plug in play pod a few days ago banana milk to be specific I'm having some issues with the pod having a burnt taste and not pulling how it should I called kushagram customer service he sent me in a whole loop telling me I had to go to plug and plays website to follow a complaint basically why would I have to do the whole runaround.idk customers service just sucks ( I had to edit my old review)
They got the best customer service, deliveries are always quick and on time
