The worst experience I have ever had; recently I went to the store to pick up a variety of flower that I found to be good and ask and paid for the product. Upon leaving the store I realized that the lady provided me a different product than I asked for. Additionally, she charged me for the product that I asked for per my receipt, so I went back to the store and was told that the manager couldn't take it back and she would call me back once she got upper management approval.
