I hired this firm more than two months before my hearing. Despite repeatedly asking to speak to a lawyer, I never received a single call or reply from one. All communication from the office was CC’d to Michelle Lester, but she never contacted me directly. They claimed they only received the brief of evidence on Wednesday, July 9, but I personally picked it up from the police, and it was clearly dated June 28.
