I had a consultation with Lorraine and found her very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, when I emailed and called for a follow up appointment, she was unavailable despite having told me she would be and even offered a discount for “locals”. My emails and calls were not returned in a timely manner and ultimately I just felt dropped in a time of need. Now I will have to start over again with someone else which is an issue of time and money. To not have a lawyer keep her word is an unfortunate thing.
