I was having some issues with my right knee. Pain when training was stopping me from doing certain exercises in my program. Eden did some assessments and identified my knee pain was being caused by tight adductors which needed releasing. This treatment was so effective and worth while as now I’m able to train to my full ability, with absolutely no knee pain
Konrad is the GOAT. He is great at identifying the issue, working on the area, providing further info on why I’m injured. I always walk out of there feeling better than when I walk in. 10/10 bloke and service!
