The manager is amazing, goes above and beyond to help. Appreciate it so much. One of the only places still offering bulk billing to some patients. Appreciate what you all are doing
My experience with this clinic through visiting once two years ago and via phoning recently is that the receptionist and doctor whom I've talked to, always sound like balanced and clear minded friends towards their clients. (Please note, this is not a Muslim clinic it is an Australian clinic in a Muslim-ish, area, if that makes sense). Not well organised. Have been referred here twice for two of my children. Both times we were advised that the referral had been sent through and waited many weeks for the staff to contact us to arrange an appt. In the end, sick of waiting, we called to see when we would expect an appt. They had difficulty finding the referral (one of them had been hand delivered) again telling us they would be in touch - nope, nothing for another 4 weeks. I've been attending for 2 years and it's the best place I've been for mental health help to date. It originally took 10 months for me to get an appointment but that's to be expected as there are very few bulk billing psychologists/psychiatrists. I've seen Both Lisa and Suzzane and they're both amazing professionals and great people. I've always been welcomed and cared for entirely by the front desk staff as well, Summer and Shazia are lovely ladies who treat everyone with nothing but kindness
