I have been personal training with Rich for over a year now. It’s definitely one of the best things I have done for myself. I had been feeling very weak, most especially in my upper body. And with a combined weight and resistance workout that Rich has tailored for me, I have seen a tremendous improvement in my strength, posture and overall fitness. The sessions are totally private, love the no gym atmosphere which has always intimidated me. Rich is great, very knowledgeable and always so nice.
Great experience at Kur in Asbury Park. The massages are excellent, and I’ve been training with Rich for over a year, he’s outstanding. He’s highly knowledgeable on form and meets you exactly where you are, while still pushing you in the right ways. Becca was truly wonderful. She has soft, angel-like hands and gave me such a relaxing and rejuvenating facial. She is so sweet, kind, and caring, and you can really feel that in the way she treats her clients. I can’t recommend her enough.
