Horrible! He is a maniac. If you call to ask a question, he screams at you. They never return calls/emails, and when his assistant does-she has the same answer (no news is good news..lol). They lie when they say working on your case. After 5 months, I took my business elsewhere. Steer clear of this horrible man.
