Never disappointed when it comes to the actual cupcakes provided here but customer service needs some work. It would be nice to be acknowledged with a “hello” or “I’ll be right with you.” After being a bit concerned about where my car was parked (I parked in the back of the building but there were a lot of towing signs), I tried to get the person at the registers attention with multiple “excuse me’s” in a pleasant tone to see if where I was parked was okay. The cupcakes are moist, flavorful, and delicious! Customer service was great and the inside was clean as well
I visited Kupcakerie to buy cupcakes for my husband’s birthday. I was so amazed by all the unique flavors they had available. I ordered an assortment of flavors which included strawberry, sweet potato, pecan pie, Oreo, and chocolate chip cookie. They were alllll so good and the first three were our favorites. I can’t wait to try more flavors!
Best cupcakes I’ve ever had. They are very moist, flavorful, and LIGHT. You don’t feel heavy after eating one cupcake. It’s hard to explain but they almost taste refreshing. The vanilla cupcake is great, can’t put my finger on why but it doesn’t taste like the typical vanilla cupcake. The yes, pecan was also good.
