I am pleased to share the phenomenal experience I had getting ski equipment and using the boot fitting services at Kundstadt Glebe. I wanted to be able to ski with my kids, but needed ski boots to accommodate my large calves. Elsa worked with me, and with the boots she helped me find, creatively and tirelessly until I had boots on my feet that were pain free. Great local shop for all your outdoor needs. All the employees know what they are talking about. I would recommend shopping here to anyone. Prices are on the higher side but the brands they sell are top of the line.
One of the best local run shops, everything is always perfect. Great service, well trained and knowledgeable staff and a great ownership group that is very involved. Can't think of a better store in pttawa for ski gear, tennis etc. Easy parking and great selection
This week we (Pierre) went in to have my skis tuned and repaired. I was looked after by Cole and he gave me exceptional service both on the phone and the 2 times I went in there in person. I'd also like to give a special shout out to Graham the technician who takes his craft very seriously and knows how to look after a guy. Graham takes my calls and explains with precision what gets done and why. Well done!
