Edit: In response you said she didn’t mention inner tube price but I got the same service better for 30$ all included. I went there because it’s local family shop but I was very disappointed. You guys need to pay more attention to your work. I had a flat front tire and asked to the woman how much it will cost and she said 40$. When I came back to pick up my bike they charged me 59.88$. Went in with a flat tire and was fixed on the spot. Also bought a new Helmut with help from the staff. Great experience overall, customer service was amazing! Update, went again today for a break issue and Jake expertly fixed my break while I waited, and the cost was very reasonable, I am a happy customer. Thank you Jake!

This year, I was looking for an e-bike that would meet some pretty specific needs, and Jack made the process feel easy and stress-free. His knowledge, patience, and genuine care really stood out. It’s rare to find a place where you feel looked after, not just sold to—but that’s exactly what you get here. Highly recommend this location for bikes, tennis, skiing… and honest-to-goodness great people.
Always super happy with the service. Their knowledge of bikes is great but what always makes me happy is that the staff don’t act like they are bike snobs. I have never felt pressured to buy anything and I am always pleased with how quickly they can do work on my bike. Customer for life!
Was walking down the street and went in to look for snowboards, after not seeing any I asked a worker if they had any. He snarkingly replied "if you would have looked online you would know we don't have any at this store and they are all at the Kanata location". Which is completely fine but there was no reason for the attitude towards me.
