Great for a flat tire fix, thanks for squeezing me in so I could ride with the kiddos
I bought a new tennis racket with new strings (just under 400 CAD including stringing). When I received it strung, I noticed near all three three knots there were 'cosmetic' scratches on the underside of the frame. It was disappointing to get a brand new expensive racket already with cosmetic scratches. When I took it back, the shop assistant clarified it isn't usual for scratches to occur during stringing. We had two flat tires after pulling our bike from storage. They very kindly lent us a pump to get going.
Went to the Hazeldean location for new pedals and was blown away by the awesome service I got, especially from the manager, Mike. He was super helpful and friendly, really appreciated the time spent and the really quick turn around! Wasn't even expecting to get my bike back the same day, nevermind it be ready in ten minutes! Will definitely be going to this location for all my future needs. Thanks Mike, you absolute legend!
