Brought two bikes to them last summer. One for a general routine check up and another for inner tube replacements on two flat tires. When I was paying, they got the bill wrong and only charged me for one tire. I corrected it and paid for both. The bike that got the two inner tubes replaced continues to lose ~10 psi after one ride and a week of sitting.
