Excellent customer service. I placed an order and my shoes arrived very very promptly. Unfortunately, the color of the sandals I ordered weren't the correct color. I contacted the store via email and received a very prompt reply. I was able to return them and my credit card was promptly credited. Thank you, Jeff, for providing such great service. I want to support Canadian stores so I will check back next spring to see if Kunitz has the color in stock which I want.

This store, and it's other location, are hidden gems! You won't find them in the mall, you have to make a special trip, but it's totally worth it! Unique shoes, high quality, on trend!
