Went in searching for a pair of flats to match my blue dress I'm wearing to a family members wedding, but unexpectedly fell in love with these beautiful boots! The staff were incredibly helpful and informative and gave impeccable service in trying sizes, colors etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a unique shoe store with some great finds and great staff!

Had my first experience at Kunitz shoes on Saddleback Road in Edmonton and what a delight to be served by Lamia. Customer service at its best! Lamia was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful with a non pressure approach. There is wide selection of footwear, handbags and wallets for all needs and preferences. I will definitely be back and will be shopping online as well as I live in a rural area.

Excellent customer service. I placed an order and my shoes arrived very very promptly. Unfortunately, the color of the sandals I ordered weren't the correct color. I contacted the store via email and received a very prompt reply. I was able to return them and my credit card was promptly credited. Thank you, Jeff, for providing such great service. I want to support Canadian stores so I will check back next spring to see if Kunitz has the color in stock which I want.
