I recently had my family’s chair and table set restored beyond its original glory with Kunicki Restoration! This was a set made by the carpenter who made all the furniture in the famous Hofbräu Haus in München, Germany. My parents were stationed nearby in the early 1960’s, and my mom was able to track down the carpenter and commission him to make table/chair sets for all the US Army officers. Chris did a beautiful job restoring a mid-century modern Danish chair I bought secondhand. He did structural repair and touched up the wood--it looked revived when he was finished with it! Would highly recommend him to others--he was friendly, easy to work with, and did a great job.
