The massage ladies are amazing and really good at what they do. But it’s so Inappropriate when the receptionist comes and stands over the massage ladies trying to hurry them up even though they have used a timer provided from the receptionist while you’re still being massaged?! It makes the clients so uncomfortable. Will not be coming back.
If i could leave a 0 star review i would. My partner and I went and got a couples massage, he took off his gold wedding band and we accidentally forgot it there and when we returned to ask for it, it was no longer there. They check with the massage lady but nothing, and then told me that someone else had a 90min massage after me and put the blame on them. We booked 3 but didnt go in til 3:30 on a sunday for 90min and the reception lady told me they went home at 5:30. They could not of done another 90min massage. I asked for ... read more

I had a pregnancy massage here today. Usually I visit every fortnight as a little treat to myself however I’ve left today extremely disappointed. Straight away the lady was extremely rough massaging me. I’d asked multiple times during my 60 min session for her to reduce the pressure as I was sore and she wouldn’t listen.
