Trying to find another vape store closer to me, so I called to ask if they had something in stock; dude hung up on me the first time without saying anything. Called back to be told "you're calling a store that's closed." Mind you it's 6:30 PM on a Saturday, and their online information says open until 8 PM Saturdays. Why even answer the phone if you're "not open?" Very unprofessional, won't even go in this store now and certainly wouldn't recommend it. Last time I ordered 100 units, I had to “pre order” They kept my money for almost 3 months before sending my units. On a positive note, they did upgrade the units that were sent for keeping my dough that long.. I’ve purchased about 500 units from these guys over the past couple years.. sad to say i’m done with them, they don’t value, or take care of loyal customers. Do yourself a favor an do not pre-order anything. Make these sheisters stock the items they sell. Don’t let them flip your money for 3 months lol

Found out they discontinued the pocket rig.. Sent tons of people to this shop specifically for the pocket rig, just a little disappointed to see a good product go.
