The guy working who claimed he was a manager was very rude and dismissive. He said, “how broke do you have to be” all because i asked him to use a coupon? While i expressed how i felt about the situation he was just eating and on his phone and making smart comments. I asked for his manager or bosses name and he refused to give it to me. I also asked for his name and he didn’t give it to me.

My kids kept asking to try this place so we decided to try it tonight. Got there at 8 the person working behind the counter was in the middle of making a few drink orders. He never once said welcome in or I will be with you in a minute, he just let us stand at the counter until he was done making all 5 drinks. He then turned to us at the counter and never once asked us what we would like to order, he just stood there until I spoke and asked could we order. I went on Tuesday Sep 1 a guy named Kyle took my order and he was just sweetest and most caring barista. He took my order and I received it very quickly. Overall good experience will be coming back.
