Bad service. Walked in. Open sign was off but they had open hours. Both clerks hiding in the back keeping customers waiting. Asked for a menu drink with an add on. They did not put in the add on. Asked them kindly to correct my order. They ripped the seal, put the add on in a new cup, and mixed my drink up in the new cup. Asked them to remake it as the drink portions were all mixed up now. Keeps getting worse with time. I order a tea not so long ago and tasted disgusting but I decided to give another chance today and yes I was given a size I didn’t requested and the boba looks like it was counted. The boba tasted old last time. This is ridiculous.
The workers were so kind and personable. I really appreciated their kindness.
I had the worst experience today! We went in and rang the bell because no one was at the front, once the guy comes from the back he just gave us a look, he didnt say hi or can you give me a minute nothing! He could have greeted us, but no he just said what do you want and nothing more. We ordered and once our drinks were ready he didnt tell us, plus the place is very dirty and not well maintained. I WONT BE COMING BACK
The Boba wasn't made well. It was hard from the inside. When we notified the cashier, he said however it is that's how it is supposed to be. Didn't even acknowledge that it wasn't made well, forget about any offer to replace with a new one. The whole drink went to the trash can.
