We went in 5min after order should have been ready... and girl walks out the back..barely gonna start.. few minutes later another girl, then a boy comes from the back. Wiping noses .. then the 2 go to back again & boy leaves store. So just anyone can go in the back??. Finally get the orders 20mins later!.
Never waited so long for Boba to be ready. Got my drinks 30 minutes after I paid for them. And didn’t taste good.
Greg is always helping and remembers my name and order. When I’m willing to explore something new he is quick to suggestion something that so far I’ve always enjoyed. Kevin is pretty cool too, but only encountered him once. This a chill relaxed place where I can come sit back relax and enjoy some reading or studying. Only thing I wish they had were cushions for the seat! 🧋Also, the outdoor seating could use some TLC. Would be a good idea for them to pull it in at night or have them cleaned often along with the light fixture... read more
Bad service. Walked in. Open sign was off but they had open hours. Both clerks hiding in the back keeping customers waiting. Asked for a menu drink with an add on. They did not put in the add on. Asked them kindly to correct my order. They ripped the seal, put the add on in a new cup, and mixed my drink up in the new cup. Asked them to remake it as the drink portions were all mixed up now. They refused. They preferred to refund instead of keeping my money and make my drink correctly. What a joke! Drinks are already expensive... read more
