This location is so filthy. Everything is sticky and looks dingy. When I went to pick up my order no one was at the counter and my drinks were not ready, they were all the back talking. When they came they said what do you want, rude but okay, I asked for my order and the worker sighed and said okay it’ll be a few minutes, 10 minutes later both drinks were ready and both were wrong. Im not sure where to begin. This location constantly makes mistakes. They corrected my order and used the wrong order with old boba. Place is nasty and sticky. Avoid at all cost. No customer service whatsoever. I’ve been to Kung fu tea numerous times and I know what winter melon green tea looks like. They didn’t have any more brown sugar wow so they took it out of the old one and I was standing right there. Didn’t even give a care in the world.
Great experience at this location! The staff member who helped us was super chill, friendly, and went above and beyond. The app wouldn’t let me apply my redeemed points for an upgrade, but he still acknowledged it and made sure it was added to our order smoothly. He was also incredibly kind to our son and really made his day. Amazing customer service!
Sarah is phenomenal!!! :-) She is the sweetest girl ever. 10 out of 10 service. Would definitely recommend . give her a raise.
My kids love the boba, and the "try to stop at 10.00 button" but the online app doesn't get the preorders at all for some reason, it's convenient that's it's so close to home
