I've been coming here for years. Today I came by and it was closed. doors were locked and everything is gone. disappointment is all I feel

On Google it said it was open but I drove to the location and it’s closed! Update your hours
I have come here a few times and had a good enough experience to download the app and use it to order ahead. On 7/13 I placed an order for pickup and got to the store to find out it was closed. There was no way to cancel the order and the only contact to dispute it is the store but it's still closed. I was charged for the drink I never received. Very disappointed in the app and the fact that there was no notice to let customers know it was closed via the app or physically on the storefront.
