So sad, I’ve been going to this place for a while now and decided to go yesterday to end the day with a relaxing massage, what I didn’t know was that this massage would not only be painful but also mentally bothered. Myself and my lady asked for 30 minute massages, the ladies kept trying to get us to go for an hour each (they charge by the minute) I explicitly said I can only do 30 mins and the said ok, when we laid on the massage beds they asked again if we can do more time, I said NO. I randomly went there yesterday and had an amazing exprience. They were super friendly and the person who worked on me was able to get some really hard knots out. I highly recommend.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! I am from NY originally and went to the area for a convention and to visit a good friend of mine. I showed up the day before the convention and we went to the mall here and eventually went to this location. When we showed up, the lady rushed out and said “Go away, go away. We busy!” So I turned and asked when they would be free. She in turn said: “We don’t know. You need to leave. Go away.” This is no way to speak to a customer. If it is possible to give less than a one star review, I would.
