We transferred to this Kumon center about three years ago after a difficult experience at another location that was much closer to our home. While the previous center focused on pushing progress quickly, our kids were very stressed, often cried during homework, and their fundamentals were not solid despite being far ahead in level. As a Kumon student at this location from 4th to 10th grade, my experience was very positive. Doing Kumon helped build and fortify my fundamentals outside of what I was learning in school and helped me be faster at math in particular. The way Ms. Wu assessed performance in Kumon through grading and tests helped ensure I mastered all the content given to me. We have a wonderful experience with this Kumon center, Ms. Wu. She is very patient, encouraging, and truly cares about each student’s progress. My children have gained a lot of confidence in math, and we can clearly see improvement in both accuracy and independent learning skills.
