My daughter said she loves Kumon. A quote from her, “I learn so much.” :)
We recently tried this Kumon branch for our daughter, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out for us. The overall experience felt monotonous and too boring for a young child, and the staff didn’t seem very professional or engaging. What stood out the most was the lack of support -if a child doesn’t understand something, like how to subtract, they’re expected to figure it out on their own without any real explanation of the concepts. Very bad and unprofessional. We pay to send the kid to study in person but they suddenly said they temporarily close the office and force the kid to study online. Now we have to sit with our kid and they do nothing, just watching over zoom and collect money. We want to cancel but they said it's over some deadline and force us to go for another month. They just want to scam and take your money. Avoid at all cost.
