Very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment on Wednesday 9/28. No one showed up and no one called me back. Left us waiting outside for 30 minutes after sending 3 reminder texts. Still no response. I should've looked at the reviews before scheduling here.
We had wonderful experience with miss Rose. She is very smart, honest and straight forward about kids evaluating. I like it when teachers are organized and discipline and i think miss Rose is just right for my kids. Thank you. I highly recommend Kumon at kettering.
Horrible experience, wouldn't refer or recommend anyone to go to the location inKettering. The lady was rude during the assessment tore my son confidence down he was crying and felt horrible and low once he came out. I told my son to away left your head up don't let nobody trying and tore you down to that point. I don't care what's there title.The lady said to me and my son thank your school for failing you. I was speechless and walked away so I wouldn't come out of character.
