Disappointing experience with Kumon Falls Church. Billing errors led to unauthorized withdrawals, and staff communication was poor. Administrative issues overshadowed the program's potential benefits. Would caution others to carefully review their accounts.
I am not happy what is going on in this center - my kid has been attending for more than 2 years. I raised many times about the quality and kids management. She ( Vanita) even is not checking what the kids did and is not worried at all.
Just visited this place and got shocked how they do behave people at just their first visit. The lady has kept dictating us in a very rude way. They look very arrogant. I would not call this attitude “strict”, it is way worse than that! Wouldn’t let my kids stay under supervision of those people by my own choice!
My 4 year old has progressed really well in reading/writing under Ms K's guidance. He looks forward excitedly to go to Ms K's classes every week. My son got a lot of personal attention at the centre despite the covid times. Communication was always clear and even if we had changes in schedules, we were always accomodated. Cannot thank Ms K enough for setting a good foundation for him.
