Signed my child up for Kumon of Bayridge because she was falling behind in school. She was very scared to start and she was afraid of not doing well. Today was her first session and she loved it. Mr. Dennis C is very knowledgeable in his trade and it shows. He was welcoming and understanding and the staff was great with my daughter. She loved it and said she wished she can go to Kumon everyday. I’m very happy with our decision to join, wish we’d done it sooner.

Kumon is a great place! Dennis C runs a great facility and really really helped my daughter. Between the pandemic and a lot of turnover with her school teachers, she was very behind where she should have been. Kumon helped her to catch up and have confidence in both math and reading.

There’s been a noticeable improvement in our son’s reading and writing levels. His grades and performance have increased significantly and he’s more confident.

I rarely write a review but felt the need to share how grateful I am for discovering Kumon (86th street Bay Ridge) especially now that my oldest has just finished 8th grade. I originally started my son there during kindergarten because he did not always pay attention in class.
