I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism coming from this center. I scheduled a test for my daughter via the website and received a confirmation email of the appointment. The same day I emailed the Director via a link in the email, and to this day never got a response from her. A couple days prior to the appointment I got an email saying they were ready for us and that I should watch their video.
