We are forever grateful to Kumon Astoria, the one on Broadway near 23rd Street! All of the teachers are caring, patient, and very organized. My son attended for almost five years. The SHSAT tips they gave him were truly helpful. He actually listened and followed their advice, which honestly surprised me! He still feels connected to the center and sometimes helps with the younger students. Ms. Tiya is always so welcoming and always asks how he’s doing. Ms. Tiya is the best! Thanks to her and the amazing staff, my daughter was accepted to one of the specialized high schools. We just graduated from Kumon Astoria after attending for years, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the support we received along the way. We looked at several programs and other Kumon locations before, and we’re so glad we chose this one. I really can’t say enough good things about them. Very clean and organized center with dedicated teachers. They take time to explain things properly and adjust to the child’s pace. I appreciate the communication with parents too, it helps a lot to stay involved. Would recommend to any parent in the Astoria area.
