I cannot believe this clinic is still in business, let alone not shut down for malpractice and blatant insurance fraud. My experience with Roberto was not just awful—it was traumatizing. During what was supposed to be a simple acupuncture session, Roberto hit a nerve, causing immediate tingling and numbing sensations. Instead of checking in or ensuring I was okay, he left me alone in the room for 30 minutes, completely unattended. I have been a patient of (Roberto) whom I call my Guru for two years now. He is wonderful at what he does, he even works miracles. Two years ago I walked into his office using a cane because I was recovering from a bad dislocated & very bad broken ankel where I needed a intense surgery that required plates & screws to repair it.
