Roberto is absolutely amazing. He has helped not just me but many of my family members. He goes above and beyond his job by following up on our care. If he is concerned about an issue he will recommend follow up with my primary care physician. He has shown care by patiently awaiting my insurance to correct their error. It took several months for us to get my insurance to correct their error. Roberto was helpful, understanding, and considerate. He is absolutely amazing.

I cannot believe this clinic is still in business, let alone not shut down for malpractice and blatant insurance fraud. My experience with Roberto was not just awful—it was traumatizing. During what was supposed to be a simple acupuncture session, Roberto hit a nerve, causing immediate tingling and numbing sensations. Instead of checking in or ensuring I was okay, he left me alone in the room for 30 minutes, completely unattended.
