I had the Cryo and IR Cocoon pod experience today. What a combo! I jammed to my song while being flashed freezed! I'm hoping this aids in my recovery of a knee injury prior. Time went by quickly. Next, I'm offered a shot of cold-pressed ginger mixed with MCT oil. Then onto a 45 min. IR treatment to sweat out the icky inside me. Great place to unwind, recover, and reset. I really enjoyed the float therapy after the cryo. The tanks here are very spacious even for a taller person like myself (6'1).Front desk was so informative and helpful throughout the process. The facility is relaxing and clean. Will be coming back.

Love this place for recovery and a mental reset. I do the cryo, cocoon infared sauna pod and the float tank and always feel like a new man the next day. Staff are amazing and the whole experience is seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
I love this place! My favorite is the cryotherapy. I typically do the -200 at three minutes. My body feels amazing from the inside out. After the cryo like to relax in the red light therapy cocoon. Both these treatments help reduce inflammation, and increases healing. Especially since I ruptured my Achilles, I feel these services helped my Achilles heal at accelerated rate.
