Great place for spa in Oakland
I had the Cryo and IR Cocoon pod experience today. What a combo! I jammed to my song while being flashed freezed! I'm hoping this aids in my recovery of a knee injury prior. Time went by quickly. Next, I'm offered a shot of cold-pressed ginger mixed with MCT oil. Then onto a 45 min. IR treatment to sweat out the icky inside me. The massage feature of the pod lulled me to sleep , but once the heat continued to climb inside, the sweating woke me up eventually. Great place to unwind, recover, and reset. I really enjoyed the float therapy after the cryo. The tanks here are very spacious even for a taller person like myself (6'1).Front desk was so informative and helpful throughout the process. The facility is relaxing and clean. Will be coming back.
