I have been a customer for Kumasi for many years now. Normally I am a very understanding customer because I believe in supporting our own. I have given these people chance after chance but today was the height of it. Customer service is very poor. They will not refund or exchange an item that they are very much aware was damaged or expired in their store. I was told to go through my trash to bring out the pieces of yam that I have attached to this comment, in order for me to get a refund. I’m never going back!
