I wish I had an option to give anything less than 1 star. They are highly unprofessional after they get their money. They do not at all help you with any queries or issues that you might get with your filed taxes . Due to mistake in their filing we had to pay a heavy penalty, and they did not had courtesy to call us when we kept calling them for the time sensitive matter.
Please be cautious when dealing with these individuals. They do not take responsibility for the taxes they file on your behalf, and even if they make mistakes, they offer no support afterward. I have been using their services for the past three years, but it seems they prioritize acquiring new clients over providing proper assistance. Additionally, Mr. Satish is quite rude and dismissive, showing little willingness to listen or understand any issues. An excellent place to do your accounting and taxes for a fair price!
I filed thru this guy for the past 6 years, just std filing and he charged too much. When audited i came to know it was incorrectly put as resident filing. When reached for correction, he was so rude and made us wait for days and weeks but did not ready to address it.
