Went to buy cigarettes from 168th street and maple Kum & Go and was denied them due to license scanner claiming my license was invalid. I called Nebraska DMV and they tell me there is nothing wrong with my license. Clerk didn’t even look at my license whatsoever and just scanned it. Very upset.

It seems like every time we stop there for gas & cigarettes, they are out of 1 of the 2 cartons of Marlboro that we buy. But the REAL problem is, the last 5, yes FIVE times we’ve run into this problem, the cashiers don’t seem to want to give a solution. Had a mix-up today ordering my pizzas.Thought I was ordering from Kum&Go on 7th Ave, Love that store, so I was 40 minutes late picking them up. When I opened them at home they were really small flat with hardly any toppings. Second time this happened to me at this store. Called to complain and instead of trying to make it right. I was given excuses. Customers don't want to hear excuses they want results...I believe everyone deserves a second chance but this store has lost me as a customer.
