Great folks here. One of our boys broke a lamp and they were very nice about it and refused to be paid for it. It may have helped we were buying a 2000 dollar recliner lol.
Two years ago, I purchased a sofa and chair for my new apartment. Fate intervened, and I was not able to accept delivery for over a year. Kullberg's was entirely accommodating, storing it safely without charge until I could accept delivery. I purchased it during a sale, so the price was downright amazing! Service hits the right note between attentiveness and stalking, with people who are knowledgeable about the product they sell.
