We were so pleased with the professionalism and quality of Mark's work. It was the first year we used Mark for the Amber Louise Elchert Foundation's tax returns and we could not be happier. Thanks Mark for the great service!
If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped off my taxes, he said it would be a week/week and a half. I called once three weeks has passed and they apologized and said they would be done by the end of that week. It has now been five weeks, and whenever I call I get told “we will give you a call back” they never call back. It is also past tax time as well, taxes were due on Monday.
