I was dealing with a dilemma a while ago. I didn't know how to overcome it as it was a sensitive family matter. Without having to explain all the details, I left the office that day knowing that I was the one holding me back and I now knew why. He taught me a lot that day, and gave me a new perspective on my problem without telling me what to do. I would recommend Kuiper Hypnosis to everyone !
I saw Gregory about a year ago. I think the session worked. The goal was to "get out of a constant state of survival-mode" and about a month after our session it actually happened. It has held up since. I was experimenting with different approaches at the time so I can't say for sure what did what, but that had been my baseline state for decades and it lifted. I suffer from general Anxiety and Panic attacks. I wanted to try something different than seeing a physiatrist and before taking any medicine, so I went for a seance of hypnosis with Mr Kuiper. I wasn't sure about what the whole Hypnosis process was about but I told myself why not try.. I only did one seance of 2 hours and it did make me relax and went deep into my thoughts.
