Where do I begin? I contacted Kuhn for tax service. Spoke with Tammy who assured me a fair rate and was told I could come in the next day. When i arrived with my wife and child I introduced myself. The woman there response was "Who in the hell sent you here!?" Anxiety sat in I became uncomfortable immediately. I responded by explaining that I had spoken with Tammy the day earlier and that I was scheduled to be there to have my taxes done. Keep in mind we have always done taxes ourselves. Tammy is extremely, extremely unprofessional. I contacted Kuhn Tax Service on 3/3/26 from out of state to try to track down who prepared my father's 2024 taxes, as he passed away in 2025. Tammy refused to LISTEN to my questions. Tammy talked over me. Tammy stated that I would have to come into the office. I explained that I live out of state and attempted to ask how I could provide proof that I am authorized to request this information and she was unwilling to continue the conversation. Tammy has been preparing my taxes for several years now and I highly recommend her. I'll be heading back to her again this year.
