No stars, no service
We hired Mr. Praasterink to handle a traffic violation and sent him a retainer. After he reviewed the case he advised against pursuing it and offered to refund the entire retainer. I thought that offer was very generous as he had spent time on the matter including calling me when he was out of the office I believe on vacation. I said to keep whatever I owed him for his services and refund the difference. A day or two later the refund arrived with him charging a minimal amount for this work. Hired for a speeding ticket. Initially only received an email with a very simple explanation. No details. Had to email for him to call. Would have been better off paying the ticket without an extra loss
