Clayton Kuhn and his team did a phenomenal job representing us after we sustained hurricane damage for which our insurer was only willing to pay a fraction of the entire cost of repair. Kuhn Raslavich handled our case efficiently and communicated expectations and requirements to us clearly, and was responsive to questions we had even after things had been decided in the case. My wife and I strongly recommend Clayton and his firm to anyone who finds themselves in need of effective representation in this kind of matter.
Kuhn Raslavich, Atty. Halah took care of my case for my roof and bathroom case. I am happy with her services. The only thing is that it took 3 yrs to close my case. Atty. Jonathan Befus was able to finish my bathroom case as my then home insurance would not payout on the bathroom case but thank you to Atty. Befus for resolving my 2nd case and Atty. Halah for my 1st case the roof.

Do not call them! They will say they are too busy to help you! I had a road rage driver hit my truck and her insurance is progressive "which is known to be crooked and has had many lawsuits for low balling people" Progressive is refusing to pay for the damages to my truck, refusing to pay for my tire and my offset rim that was destroyed but they are excepting liability for the accident!!! Do not call these people to help you get the damages taken care of!
