I would like to give a five star rating to Kuhn Law Firm for their legal expertise with the following: A legitimate land aquisition company loctated in Florida wanted to purchase a parcel of land that was currenty owned by me. This company emailed to me a contract agreeing with my asking price and indicating that the company (buyer) would pay all associated closing costs. My father recently passed away. While I am a resident of WI, he split his time between Bonita Springs and WI. While the bulk of his assets were in WI, he did have a trailer and car with FL registration. I ran into brick wall after brick wall while trying to get answers on how to deal with this situation. The Kuhn firm handled all of my problems very quickly. What a wonderful firm and staff. In the future if I have any issues in SW FL, they will be my first call. I doubt if you can do better!
