I had a fantastic experience purchasing a Stressless chair from Kudos Furnishing. Kamran was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. He made sure we found the perfect chair for our needs and provided excellent customer service. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. We had been doing serious renovations since Janaury 2024 and were looking for a new couch. Sim and his staff at Kudos were amazing, no pressure and very cooperative. Becasue of the renos we had to delay getting the couch delivered for serval weeks and there was no problem from Kudos, they waited till we were ready... and it looks so amazing with the new wall, floor and art by Adam Albini - check out his work on Instagram
I bought a beautiful chair from Kudos some years ago. After using it daily as an office chair during COVID, the seat springs were damaged. Kudos ordered the part needed from Europe, kept me up to date regarding its expected delivery, replaced the piece and delivered the chair to my home... I'm truly impressed by the way they take care of their customers! I highly recommend Kudos. Thanks Sim!
Just bought a beautiful leather recliner couch that was made in Italy. I am really happy with the couch. The delivery arrived at the time that was booked and the drivers were exceptional, with taking care not to damage anything as they brought the couch in. The main driver put the couch together and luckily I had felt pads at home, so he cut them to fit the legs and put them on right there and then so that I wouldn't have to fiddle with it later in order to save my hardwood floor.
