This man, Richard Kubiniec, has not only been playing lawyer for several years but playing my fathers friend and POA for over a year now. I had to get him out of that position, by filing a Article 81 because of misappropriation of money, not paying bills, NO accounting, selling my fathers personal items (rings,watches, car) stating it was to pay medical bills when All medical bills Were and are paid- There is a matter of several missing items.
