I called to inquire about getting an appointment. The person who answered the phone said they were full and then hung up on me. I will not be going to them ever and I will spread the word about what happened.
I am so fortunate they were willing to help me out this summer. I had a couple of 1099s an early withdrawal from 401(k) and wasn’t sure how to file. I went in with all my paperwork in hand, before leaving had a pretty good idea of what my filing would look like. This is a family owned business. Their knowledge and efficiency is invaluable.
