21 years ago, I was a 18 year old kid who was hanging out with the wrong kids . I was given Al Kubanis as my court appointed lawyer. He told me to plea to a charge of "residential burglary" when I was only an accomplice. This was "a good deal, it's only a strike, you need 3 of them to effect you" this is what he told me verbatim. Mr. Kubanis, goes out of his way to tell you all the facts he knows regarding your case. Every time I had a true concern or question he took the time to explain it to me, so I could understand it. Mr. Kubanis is not only a private attorney, but is used as a court appointed attorney as well. He specializes in criminal defense however has done Civil litigation often.
