Rude, lazy and as unhelpful as possible. Spent so much time finding excuses to not help. Advisors sitting around doing nothing but refuse to help until the specific minute they had to for the schedule. Waited hours watching them hang out and kill time until our appointment.
This complex is very convenient for winter weather as one can access all facilities without having to walk outside.
