Disappointed by lack of transparency and excessive fees. This review is on behalf of my mother, who hired Prentice, CPA, to file IRS Form 2553 for an S-Corp election. She was charged $1,300 for this single filing, which is well above typical market rates — especially for a straightforward, single-owner business. There was no bundled advisory or additional service included, just the form itself. Prentice is awesome. For a few years now he has been doing my company's taxes, my personal taxes, the 1099 for all my contractors, even my mom's taxes. He is very professional, honest, one time there was a misunderstanding and he handled with great professionalism.
