Disappointed by lack of transparency and excessive fees. This review is on behalf of my mother, who hired Prentice, CPA, to file IRS Form 2553 for an S-Corp election. She was charged $1,300 for this single filing, which is well above typical market rates — especially for a straightforward, single-owner business. There was no bundled advisory or additional service included, just the form itself.
