Absolutely terrible driver whoever was driving north from black creek wi. Driving almost 80 in a 55 and cutting people off.

I had a very nice female driver. The company sent her an HOUR EARLIER and a HALF than the start of my window. I was so shocked, but my PCA helped me to gather my things and finish packing up to go. I asked her WHY was she so early, her response, "They told me, 'Go ahead and call her to pick her up, she's probably ready anyway." I was like WOW, but it worked out in my favor as far as rush hour traffic. She was a good driver. Honestly, that really shouldn't become a common practice. Management is horrible I only seen the supervisor the little short one Darius for only two seconds! They had another manager from a different state to come and train me the vans was all broke down they didn’t have enough an to top it off because of my mom being very ill and the babysitter to my kid they take upon themselves to terminate me because of that!! They don’t care about their staff at all ver inconsiderate and poor management skill along with the pay being horrible while trying to over work your staff!! Come on!! I ... read more
