I really did not want to give one star, but I did because at least they answered the phone. Patient used this company for a pickup after procedure. Called to set up pick up, Ktown arrived, got to entrance with patient and THEY LEFT! I recalled Ktown and they stated, "They will get there when they get there!" Um OK... Not how you treat a PAYING customer!! OR anyone!
