Normally I don’t leave reviews, however, my hot Pilates instructor Sydney was such an amazing instructor. She motivated me through the difficult times making me realize I could do so much more with my body than even I had realized. 10/10 would recommend.
A great studio that offers classes for all levels and offers real results!
Most welcoming environment!! HITT, traditional mat, praise classes, reformer, 30 minutes, 1 hour, mornings, nights, there’s something for any fitness level and schedule!! Best place ever!
Ktizo is the best community out there! Everyone is so encouraging and I absolutely love teaching and taking classes there!
