Caroline and Hayley are magnificent! They are incredibly patient and personally invested in all of their students’ success. I highly recommend Ktizo. It is absolutely the BEST Pilates studio in the area!
Excellent Pilates classes and many varieties offered (hiit, express, barre, traditional). Modifications to make movements more accessible or more challenging make these classes a great fit for everyone. Movements are gentle but very effective. Teachers are warm and personable. Highly recommend.
