Not sure what the other people are talking about, I’ve used KTH a few times and have had nothing but great experiences.
The worst of the brokers, total lack of professionalism, we accept a load with them, from Friday at noon the dispatcher went to lunch, he never returned nor did he send the confirmation rate, they do not answer calls or emails. He caused with his negligent attitude that we had great losses, because the truck was loaded and could not leave in time, we were stranded all weekend because of his fault. Something impossible to believe.
This broker is a lying crook. Please avoid at all cost. Will not return calls or emails when they are in the wrong. One of the bad apples.
